I've recently started developing an app that has features that can reward users through the app using PayPal. I would like to make these automatic.
I looked at the Payouts api for PayPal and got it setup but am not authorized to use it. I have a business account and developer account and have not had any issues with the other APIs.
After going through a bunch of hopes and different support agents I've been told that you cannot use the payouts API as a freelancer/sole proprietorship. Is this accurate? If that's the case is there another way to handle automatic payments or alternatives?
